The day’s festivities will include people wishing to showcase their talents. These will be live performances of clean (songs that do not contain offensive content) music on the front lawn of the Douglasville Police Department. Local artists will be present while community members are invited to show up and participate in the day. This is an organized event over the period of a few hours where you can relax, bring a lawn chair, and enjoy what the summer day has to offer.
Do you enjoy BBQ and BBQ Cook-Offs? Join our government agencies for our own Cook-Off.
We will also have a BBQ Cook-Off between local government agencies to include the police department. The food may be purchased and there will be sides, drinks, etc. We are not seeking any others for the competition, this is a competition between the local government agencies working in Douglas County only.
